By using Chat Friend you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Chat Friend. By entering a chat room you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Rules. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, sexual content, illegal content, spam, doxxing, and any content that sexualizes minors. Any of these will result in removal from the room and possible session block.

3. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the messages you send. You retain any rights you have in what you post; by posting, you grant Chat Friend a non-exclusive license to display those messages to other users in the rooms and private chats where they are posted, and to retain them for moderation purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Moderation

We may remove messages, remove users from rooms, and block sessions at our discretion, especially to enforce the Community Rules or applicable law. Because Chat Friend does not require an account, moderation actions are limited in how permanently they can prevent re-entry — help us out by reporting abuse.

5. No warranty

Chat Friend is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that messages will be delivered, or that other users will behave lawfully. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Friend and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
